Question:  Will I have to go to court?  

Answer:  Highly unlikely.  99% of all cases get settled.

Question:  How long do I have to bring my claim? 

Answer:  With certain exceptions, you have 2 years to file your claim in Pennsylvania.

Question:  I only have sore neck and sore back injuries from my motor vehicle accident.  Can I recover money?

Answer:  In PA, with several exceptions, as long as the car that you were in had a 'full tort' provision, you are eligible to receive money. 

Question:  I heard from a friend that my settlement is tax-free.  Is this correct?

Answer:  Not necessarily.  However, the Lassen Law Firm will structure your settlement in such a way that it is completely free of any federal, state or local tax.
